1. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This contest is a sweepstakes of skill-free chance, void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility
The CrioCo Wild Chocolate Tasting Giveaway (the 'Sweepstakes') is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Passports and valid travel documentation are the soleresponsibility of the winner. Employees of CrioCo, BFREE, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the 'Sweepstakes Period'). Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. The Sponsor's server clock is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Participants can enter online by visiting the official entry form hosted on CrioCo.bz and submitting their name and valid email address. Limit of one (1) primary entry per person. Incomplete, robotic, or fraudulent entries will be deemed void.
5. Prize Description and Limitations
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Private Wild Chocolate Tasting Experience for two (2) people at the CrioCo retail boutique located on the Tipsy Strip in Placencia, Belize. • The prize includes an educational tasting flight bean-to-bar chocolates and a behind-the-scenes look at the production process.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150.00 USD.
• Critical Travel Disclaimer: Airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and all other travel-related expenses are not included in the prize. The winner is fully responsible for arranging and funding their own transport to and from Placencia, Belize to claim the prize.• The prize must be redeemed within one (1) calendar year of confirmation (by November 30, 2027) and issubject to scheduling availability. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about December 3, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining pool.
7. Publicity and Liability Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants CrioCo the right to use their first name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in online media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants release CrioCo, BFREE, and their affiliates from any liability, injury, or loss arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the use/redeeming of the prize.
8. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising under this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belize.
